    She is a wonderful pet. It breaks my heart to have to do this. But she is getting very protective of me and she nipped my daughter in the face. She is my shadow. Has always been a wonderful dog. But I've had two incidents with the same child and one she nipped her.

    Douglas is 7 months old and is one of 6 babies that were rescued at 2 weeks old after there mother was hit by car and the owner was not able to bottle feed and care for all the babies. They were brought to the rescue where we are very experienced in caring for newborns who have lost the moms. The babies mother was a Lab/ Shepard mix but we do not know about dad. There have been some hard times but the babies have been doing great and are growing like crazy! The babies are starting to learn commands and have been moved to the kennels! They are being dewormed and have had their first two Distemper/ Parvo vaccines. His adoption fee is $200.

    URGENT NEED!!!!!!! This is a cancer patient who has to relocate to Pennsylvania from Alabama to be near family so she can receive treatment. She is terminal however and the dog just needs a good home. She loves this sweet boy and it breaks her heart to have to find a home for him but she must. She needs to have the dog placed by September 4 because of her relocating. I am posting this for my friend to try to help her.
