RUSTY Such a sweet fluffy and cuddly puppy boy! I am Rusty, a German Shepherd mix. A very kind volunteer found me and my friend, Ruby, dumped out in the country, far away from anyone who might help us. It is hard to imagine anyone being so cruel as to abandon fur babies, only 2 to 3 months of age, and just leave them... all alone. The nice volunteer told us we will never be alone again... they will find us loving and caring forever homes. We'll have a family, a warm bed and lots of food and treats. Boy, it sounds like we really have a wonderful future! Even though my friend Ruby was rescued with me, we know we will each find our own ... (Read More)separate families...which is fine with us. We have so much love to give... we can really start having fun now and just being carefree pups. Playing, taking long naps, romping, wrestling and just having fun....boy that sounds great to me! I know when you see my sweet face, with my pretty big dark eyes, your heart will melt. I'm here. just waiting for you to come take me home! (Less)

JACK I can tell you are the kind of person who would just love to feel how soft and fluffy my fur is...it will just make your hands happy! I am Jack, a gorgeous Husky and Shepherd mix, about 2 years old. Even though you might think I am a really big boy, you'll be happy to know that I am smaller than you would expect but just the right size for you and your home! I'll take up more room in your heart than I will in your home! I was rescued, along with several of my fur friends, from a neglectful owner. We all had to live outside, even in the coldest of weather, often with no food or shelter. Thankfully, all of us were rescued together and ... (Read More)taken to loving foster homes. I could never have imagined life could be so wonderful....a warm bed with blankets, a roof over my head, no rain, no snow and LOTS of yummy food and treats! And the very best part is that my foster family loves me! I hear soft, loving voices and hands that gently pet me. ..and my foster Mom says this is only the beginning of a new life for me! She has been getting me ready for my forever family by house training, crate training and teaching me all kinds of good manners. She says I have done such a good job and that I am ready for my new family....a family that maybe has kids for me to play with and other dogs! I get along with everyone! I can't wait to meet you....I already have so much love in my heart for you...and we'll live and love happily ever after! (Less)

German Shepherd Mix    Age: Puppy

Compatibility: Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: High Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Needs Vaccinations

These puppies need rescue. They belong to a neighbor who has asked for my help in finding foster homes or a rescue who can take them. They are mixed breed, look a lot like little shepherds. They are precious but neighbor doesn't have desire or the means to care for them, she doesn't keep them out of the street and I fear something is going to happen to them. Thanks to anyone that might can help take 1, 2, or all of them. I can help with transport.

Trevor says 'Let me tell you friends, life is not easy at the shelter. I love all these people very much, but the high tension with so many dogs is very unnerving for me. I need to find a calm low number pet family quick. I can tell these girls love me and will do all they can for me but shelter life is not for me. Please come by and tickle my belly, listen to me talk (and I mean TALK, not bark) I know my family is out there and will know me the minute they see me!'     ANGEL They named me Angel....because I am an Angel! I'm a gorgeous German Shepherd and Lab mix ...which means I am very smart and filled from the end of my nose to the tip of my tale with love! They say I am a real sweetie and just great for any family. I love other dogs and kids, especially if they like to play and hug!     2/21/13 You don't just get the name Sweetheart for nothing! The name certainly fits this pretty little lady! Sweetheart is sugar and spice and everything nice wrapped up in one amazing doggie! She is a young adult, 1 1/2 to 2 years old and appears to be a shepherd/heeler mix. She was dumped at the shelter on a cold rainy night along with what we think is her son, Valentine. They arrived very clean and in great shape so we think someone just got tired of them. We can't see any other reason for them to be with us. Sweetheart loves everyone and just asks for the same in return. She walks well on a leash and is an obedient dog. She will make a ...
