German Shepherd    Age: Senior

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Adults (Not Kids)
Personality: Average Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current, Arthritis, Heartworm Positive

Max is an awesome dog who is very loving. He is a senior dog whom I rescued from a local shelter and is 9 years old and heartworm positive. Although he is slowing down, he loves to go for walks in both the morning and evening and is a great calm dog for a small space. We have had some changes in our home the addition of two grandchildren who are living with us now and we are finding that Max is not great around kids, he can be loving towards them but he gets a little cranky and also nips at them, so I would recommend that if your a teenager to a senior adult this would be a great dog for you. We must secure a home for Max soon or we will ... (Read More)be forced to euthanize him, he has a lot of love and life left to give. Please help us out. (Less)
