Bo and Luna are a pair of German Shepherds who need to be rehomed together if possible. They have bonded and are inseparable. Bo will be 4 years old in August, and Luna turned 1 in January. Luna is very sweet and loves people. Bo is more dominant and is picky about who is permitted to touch or pet him. Luna does well with children, but Bo should not be left unsupervised with kids. Smokey was rescued from an abusive home and was malnourished. After getting him back to health we got complaints about him killing neighbors cats (he lives in the country). After that he has had to stay confined outside on a chain due to cats in the house. He is a very kind dog, shy of humans at first. This is Murphy! He's a wonderful American Bulldog / German Shepherd mix 10-mo old puppy that needs a new home. He's got a warm personality, loves other dogs, loves people and would be a great addition to a home with a big back yard for running or for a very active person. German Shepherd Dogs can make good pets in Kentucky if they match your IifestyIe. The German Shepherd is a large, highly intelligent working dog. German Shepherds are very protective, but not hostile; they make great guard dogs and wonderful companions. German Shepherds should be well socialized early in life. German Shepherds that are properly trained and socialized are good with children and other pets. This breed can adapt to apartment life with sufficient exercise.
