Jack is an adult Shepherd blend approximately 3-4 years in age and 45 lbs. He is house trained, crate trained and good with other dogs. This boy's tail is always wagging and he is always smiling. Jack is fully vetted and microchipped. For more information on this handsome boy, please send an inquiry today!

German Shepherd    Age: Young Adult

Personality: High Energy, Somewhat Dominant
Health: Needs to be Neutered, Needs Vaccinations

UPDATE June 7, 2016 Turbo is still available. I have received an overwhelming number of calls, emails, and texts-from across the country and even Canada! My apologies that I have not been able to reply to everyone yet. My primary concern is that Turbo be placed in a good home. I am slowly but surely making my way through the list, in the order received. This post will be deleted promptly when Turbo is adopted. Thank you for your patience! *** Help! I'm moving out of the country at the end of the month and can't take 2.5-year-old Turbo. I had another adoptive home all set up for him, but it is flea infested-and therefore unacceptable. ... (Read More)Turbo is as sweet as pie, but would also make a great watchdog. He has a strong bark! He is high energy, playful, and could use some formal training. He loves to fetch balls (but isn't so great about giving them back, so you can throw them again)! Turbo is purebred of champion blood lines and comes with AKC papers; he has not been neutered, if you are interested in breeding. I will reimburse the adoption fee to kind person or family who adopts him. Because I'm not leaving till the end of the month, I'd like to keep Turbo until I leave. He comes with a dog house, kennel, and food storage bin. Thank you for your consideration. P.S. On 6/6, I updated this listing to state that Turbo is not good with other dogs and not good with cats. He has never really been around other animals, so he needs an owner who is able to slowly acclimate him to other pets, if he would be around them. (Less)

German Shepherd Mix    Age: Puppy

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: Low Energy, Very Submissive
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Don't be scared off by his name. They say dogs evolve into what their name means. So we hope that Wolf grows into a stronger, more confident dog as he's had a rough start to life. He and his three siblings were surrendered to a very high kill shelter in Texas. His two lab sisters were rescued and he was left alone, petrified and hiding in his kennel with his shepherd mix brother. We tagged them both but then, tragedy struck. Wolf's brother died during surgery (the shelter requires they be altered before leaving). Wolf was now all alone in this big, scary world. He was transported ASAP to me here in Michigan, where I have spent the past four ... (Read More)months teaching him all about life outside a small, San Antonio back yard. He had never been inside a house before, even the noise from the refrigerator scared him. It became obvious that Wolf was much more comfortable outside but, due to his skiddish and fearful nature, he needs a fenced yard and to live inside with his new family. He will bond more better, more quickly, and his chances of getting lost will be drastically reduced. After having Wolf for a couple months, I introduced him to some new dogs and he really gets along well and enjoys playing with them. I think he misses his family so much and that brings back good memories for him. He is the most happiest I've ever seen him when he has a playmate to run and play, and romp in the yard with. Wolf is one of the most submissive dogs I have ever met, with people and other animals. He seems to be the type of dog who would allow small children to pull on his ears and bite his tail without recourse (not that we recommend allowing children to do that of course but, Wolf seems to have the temperament to put up with it!). Wolf's previous owner wasn't too nice to him. It appears that his ear flaps were literally CUT short with a dull pair of scissors or knife, because the edges are rough and puffy. Although they are all healed and don't appear to bother him at all, I'm sure it was extremely painful when it happened. Despite being so afraid, Wolf is a sweet, smart, laid back gentlemen with extremely good house manners. He is crate trained, comes when called, respects fences, and walks well on a leash. If you would like to consider adding Wolf to your family and provide him a forever and better life than before, please contact me for more information. NO TEXT MESSAGES PLEASE. (Less)
