Health: Needs to be Neutered, Needs Vaccinations

Freddy is our family dog.over the past two years he has become increasingly aggressive and will not let anyone in our home. He is an extremely loveable dog with our family but will not let anyone near us. Family and friends will no longer visit out of fear of him. We desperately want to place him with a trainer/rescue for behavior training before being placed with a family or pet lover. Our original plan of placement fell through this week and he needs placement by 3/6/15 otherwise i will be forced to surrender him to a shelter and that is the very last thing i want. I love this dog way to much and only want thr best for him. Freddy is ... (Read More)2years old black/tan beautiful shepherd. (Less)

Compatibility: Good w/ Most Dogs, Not Good w/ Cats, Good w/ Kids and Adults
Personality: High Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Limbo is such a good dog. Unfortunately I have to give him up do to a complex situation. He loves to play outside playing fetch and enjoys walks. He needs heavy duty chew toys such as a water buffalo horn or elk ear because he does chew. I am looking to rehome him relatively soon. If you do not have a serious interest and dedication to keeping him then he is not the right fit for your family. Thanks so much and I hope someone will take him into their family. Also Limbo has lazy ears which makes everyone think he's mixed but he's not.

After waiting for her family to come looking for her, Nikki finds herself searching for a new family to call her own. This very timid girl needs a home with no small children and preferably another dog for her to rebuild her self esteem. She will need a family with patience and love to offer her security and a stable environment. Nikki does know a few basic commands and would easily catch on to anything new presented to her. If you have a empty spot in your heart and your home you are looking to fill and do not have any young children, please ... (Read More)take a moment to fill out an application and meet with Nikki.     Meet Harlow! This 3 year old Shepherd mix will make a great addition to any active family. Harlow loves being around people and kids alike, she would also love another canine companion to romp and play with. Harlow doesn't mind the feline type either! Harlow is very energetic and would do best with a family that has space for her to run off some of her energy. It's sad to imagine why someone would not have come looking for this sweetheart after she was picked up as a stray. German Shepherd Mix    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Good with Adults (Not Kids)
Personality: Average Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Vaccinations Current

Weazer came into the shelter as a stray and has not been claimed. He is a very loyal boy, once he accepts you, but still a bit timid of strangers. He will make somebody a wonderful watch dog, and because of his shepherd breed and age, we do not recommend small children, as this would be too much excitement for him. Weazer's adoption fee is $50.00 and that includes his neuter and micro chip. Please consider giving Weazer a new and loving home. He carries the disposition that his owners gave up on him, and we would really love for him to know he will be loved again.

German Shepherd Mix    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Good with Adults (Not Kids)
Personality: Average Energy, Somewhat Dominant
Health: Needs to be Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Prince was brought into the shelter as a stray back in November, 2014. He is a dominant young man and would make a very good watch dog. We highly recommend a home with no other animals, but there are certain ones that he may get along with, and a meet and greet will be needed. His adoption fee is $50.00 and that includes his neuter and micro chip. We feel that Prince would do better with a male owner, but a female with training experience would also do well with him. He can be a little intimidating, as German Shepherds can be. Please consider giving Prince a new start in life in a loving home. He would love a chance to be your ... (Read More)protector. (Less)

German Shepherd Mix    Age: Puppy

Compatibility: Good with Most Cats, Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: Average Energy, Somewhat Dominant
Health: Vaccinations Current

Cinders was brought into the shelter through animal control and has not been claimed. She was found behind a grocery store tied to a pole. She was very timid when she arrived and very slow to warm up to people. She has become more trusting of humans and would make a wonderful watch dog. We do not recommend very small children as she may become very protective of her new family. Once she trusts you, she is yours completely. Please consider giving Cinders a new loving home. She has been with us since September, 2014 and her adoption fee has dropped to $50.00. This includes her spay and micro chip.

Ruben is a handsome, easy going, 5 year old Beagle/Shepherd/Chow mix. He was found wandering the streets all alone and is now in need of a new permanent home. It is obvious he belonged to someone at some point, but it is beyond us, why no one would have gone looking for such a great companion.
