Rescue Me ID: 14-04-20-00181Valor (male)

German Shepherd    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Not Good w/ Other Dogs, Not Good w/ Cats, Good w/ Adults (Not Kids)
Personality: Average Energy, Somewhat Dominant
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current, Aggressive

Valor is a very loyal boy to his family and VERY close friends. He does not like children, he plays well with our schnauzer, but can be too playful for her sometimes. He has attacked several of our friends and one when we least expected it. I don't want to give him up, but since the last attacked, it's best that someone with a German Shepherd background who can REALLY train him to listen and to leave it when told. He is very smart and loves his family. I couldn't ask for a better watch dog, which is why I got him, but too many close calls and for the safety of the neighbors kids and for the safety of Valor, he needs to go to a good home.

Rescue Me ID: 14-04-14-00325Cooper Needs FOSTER (male)

German Shepherd Mix    Age: Adult

Compatibility: Good w/ Most Dogs, Good w/ Most Cats, Good w/ Kids and Adults
Personality: Low Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Cooper's family needs a 2-3 month foster for him while they are living with other family getting a new home. They are NOT getting rid of him, they just need some help keeping him safe because their family housing them from the end of April to July is allergic to dogs. Food and supplies will be provided- you will bear no expense and there will be an agreement in place so that everyone is on the same page. COOPER IS CAT & DOG FRIENDLY. Cooper is a German Shepard/Lab mix and weighs about 70lbs. He's a little skiddish around small/young kids, and with the stress of being temporarily separated from his family, it would be best that he stay in a ... (Read More)foster home with older children (basically, if they are old enough to know not to jump on him or pull his tail, that's old enough for him to be thoroughly happy!). The pic shows he's not very fond of cameras (we totally get it), and while he doesn't really ever need to be crated, Cooper finds it to be a great way to take a nap, watch tv, and overall his doggy den/comfort zone...well, that and the couch. If you can open your heart and home to Cooper for 2-3 months, please email John below- and thank you on behalf of Cooper! (Less)

German Shepherd Mix    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Good w/ Most Dogs, Not Good w/ Cats, Good w/ Kids and Adults
Personality: Low Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

Lolo is a Shepherd Mix approximately 3 years old. She came to Kreacher Konnections when we received a call from the police about a dog chained to a fence in 2 weather. It was immediately apparent that Lolo had undergone abuse and neglect. She is shy when first meeting people but is very loving and cuddly once she gets to know you. It seems Lolo had never been in a house or off a chain before coming to the rescue, but she is adapting well to her new life. Lolo likes all dogs but is not good with cats. She is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, treated for worms and fleas. Lolo's adoption fee is $200 If interested in adopting Lolo ...     Bentley is a very loving dog. He loves to play ball and tug of war, his favorite games. Bentley is also mixed with Pit Bull. He is a smaller version of the 3. He weights about 65 pounds. I haven't really had Bentley around children for the fact everyone I know has small kids and he would of knocked them over but he just like to lick your face to welcome you. I've had Bentley since he was 4 weeks old. He really is my baby and I hope I can find him a really great family! If you have any questions please contact me.

German Shepherd Mix    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Good with Most Cats
Personality: High Energy, Submissive
Health: Needs to be Neutered, Abused/Neglected, Fearful/Anxious

Bandit was a rescue two years ago. He was born in a trailer park somewhere and taken in by a family that had too many dogs already. I took him in to save him from being put down but I am no longer able to provide for him. He has had to spend most of his time tied up or in a cage because of our current living situation and my work and school schedule. I have had some temperament issues with him but it was in specific situations, he gets a little defensive with food and doesn't like being cornered. Basicly, if you know how to treat animals and respect them you will have no issues with Bandit. He is a good, playful, spirited dog and deserves a ... (Read More)good home. I have no reason to believe that he would not do well with small children but I've never had him around any, he is a little clumsy so perhaps really little kids wouldn't be a good idea. Also, he only sheds about half as much as most long haired dogs I've been around and he doesn't irritate my allergies like most animals so that's a plus. Please help Bandit, all he needs is a good home and people who can care for him. (Less)

Hi everyone, My name is Missy, I am a sweet shepherd mix. I was gave up because I was not getting along with the other dog in the family. I seem for the most part to be scared of all the dogs in rescue right now and I am very timid around them. I love to play ball, I will fetch and bring it back to you, although i have not quite figured out the drop it command yet! I am house trained, and up to date on my vet care and I am spayed. I would do wonderful in a family with or without kids. Won't you come and visit me or put an application in for me today?

Rescue Me ID: 13-04-27-00279Breanna (female)

German Shepherd Mix    Age: Young Adult

Personality: Average Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Spayed, Malnourished, Abused/Neglected

Breanna has been through so much trauma in her five years of life. We believe she ran loose as a stray for several months or longer, forced to dine on rotting road kill. As a result of this dangerous and lonely life, she came to us weak, emaciated, and with medical issues we are currently treating. Despite all this, her loving spirit shines through. She wants to show us that she can be a good, loving dog that should belong in a house with a family once again. She can sit and shake, tricks left over from a life long left behind. She is eager to get to know the love of people once again. She would do best in a home without young kids because ... (Read More)she is still adjusting to life with people once again. She needs an owner who understands that it will take lots of patience and love to let Breanna truly shine. Please help repair a broken dog and consider her today. Can't adopt? Consider fostering Breanna so you can teach her once again how to live in a house with a family. Email wilddogonline@gmail.com with questions or for further information. (Less)
