Blue is an adorable 9 month old German Shepherd possible Irish Wolfhound or Wirehair pointer mix. This big girl is meltingly sweet, and loves everyone and everything. She is rambunctious though, and needs a big yard and lots of playtime and exercise. Sadly Blue was just to much for the older couple that owned her, and they admitted that they never took the time to train her and have let her do pretty much what she wants. Consequently this girl does require some obedience training and would do best with older kids. Little ones she would nock down, she just doesn't understand her own size and power. She thinks and acts like a big ol' puppy, ... (Read More)which she is one. Blue is mostly potty trained, has lived in a house with a cat all of her life, but will still chase them if they run. She weighs about 80 lbs. right now and may get to about 100. If you are interested in this sweet girl please contact us at or call 406-827-8722 (Less)

Personality: High Energy, Somewhat Dominant
Health: Neutered

His long black coat shines in the sun, his teeth reflecting its rays. If his legs were a little longer and his coat a little shorter, you might think he's part werewolf instead of a stock coated German Shepherd. He's that handsome, and as energetic as any healthy 4 year old. Scout came to us from Guatemala and was relinquished by a family divided. They mentioned an old injury and a compressed disc that was treated with a steroid injection but said nothing about the long term effects. Scout's hind end weakness and incoordination were readily apparent to us all. X-rays showed minor abnormalities in Scout's lower spine but didn't explain his ... (Read More)strange gait. Blood tests were all normal. Reflex testing localized Scout's problem to his spine but a subsequent myelogram and CT scan failed to reveal the site of his problem. Scout is neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, and full of love. He shouldn't hike mountains or go running but don't tell him that. He doesn't know he's compromised. Looking to Foster or Adopt he is a great dog! prefer no dog, cat home though... (Less)
