Rescue Me ID: 15-01-28-00605Jack (male)

German Shepherd    Age: Puppy

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: Average Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Jack is a lovable and large german shepherd that came to us from a shelter in WA. Jack is still a pup at around 11 months old and has some filling out to do yet. Right now this boy weighs around 70-80 pounds. Jack is a sweetheart that loves to play and give kisses. He still has some puppy behaviors that will need to be trained out of him, as he will still jump on you and mouth your hands. It shouldn't take long to train this guy though and he is going to make someone a wonderful companion. Jack loves to chase after balls and would do great with an active person or family with older kids for him to play with. If you are interested in this boy ... Rescue Me ID: 15-01-26-00125Lady (female)

German Shepherd    Age: Puppy

Compatibility: Not Good with Other Dogs, Good with Adults (Not Kids)
Personality: Average Energy, Somewhat Dominant
Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

Lady is a sweet girl that needs more training. We thought we would have more time for her but with kids and jobs poor Lady has gotten lost in the shuffle. She loves her Male owner but has become increasingly domineering with her female owner and the 7 and 4 year old in the house. She shows her teeth and has nipped at them. She has also exhibited this behavior to the children's friends and the Female owners female friends. We think she has the potential to be amazing with strict training. She is a very good listener, knows basic commands and has been mostly amazing and polite. Mom of the house is worried and can't take a gamble with her kids.

Animal ID: 14-IggyIggy (female)

German Shepherd Mix    Age: Puppy

Compatibility: Not Good w/ Other Dogs, Not Good w/ Cats, Good w/ Adults (Not Kids)
Personality: High Energy, Somewhat Dominant
Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

Iggy is a 1 yr. old Great Dane/Shepherd X we think. She was rescued about a year ago and attended Carroll College animal program. Sadly, she is back at the shelter and looking for a new home. Iggy is a bit fear based with new situations and people and will reactive bark. She has a hard time relaxing at the shelter for obvious reasons and would love to get out. When she does relax she is a very one on one dog meaning she likes her person and is incredibly loyal. She prefers a small inner circle and would love to be by your side all day long. She is affectionate and will lay her head on your lap. She also enjoys playing with her toys but she's ... (Read More)more interested in bonding. She will be a phenomenal watch dog and would be best suited in the country where new people and things won't be an issue for her. She's a very large dog with some big feet as she is most likely not done growing. She is high energy but settles nicely when she has been exercised some or has room to run. Iggy needs to find a home soon. (Less)
