Bear was brought in by the local ACO. He was a dog running loose in town. He wasn't very happy or sure of us at first. By the third day, he came around and was wanting to be pet and some affection. His nose is split down the middle, we have seen other Chow mixes with this split. He can be very aloof. He will come to you for affection, not the other way around. He is about 56#, a little thin.

Jack is nimble, Jack is quick, but we keep him away from the candlesticks! This friendly 2 %BD%BD year old Shepherd/ Chow mix is good with people of all sizes and loves to be petted. He prefers female dogs to males and would do best as an only dog. He hasn't spent any time around cats, but would likely chase them. Jack enjoys learning new things. He already knows how to sit, stay, lay down, shake and come when called. It took him less than 10 minutes to learn to go through an agility tunnel! Jack's ideal family would continue his training and include him in their daily activities. He would love to be someone's running or walking ... (Read More)partner. Could Jack be the one for you?
