Hello World!! My name is Joy and I really live up to my name!! I am 18 months old and I am a small hound/shepherd mix (35lbs)! I am a very healthy and extremely happy little lady!! My foster family tells me daily that I bring a lot of smiles and Joy to their home!! I love to play with my fur foster siblings! I am even really good to 6 tiny beagle puppies that are in my foster home! I love to play with my human foster family as well. Kids and I get along just great, as long as they are a little older. Sometimes the loudness of small children intimidates me. My favorite thing to play with is socks!!!! The more socks you give me, ... (Read More)the happier I am! I am rock star at going potty in all the right places! I am also fond of my kennel! Heck, sometimes, my foster family does not even put me in it! That is how well behaved I am! One of my favorite parts of the day is treat time! Give me one, and I will bring you the biggest smile filled with lots of Joy!! Can I please be the one who will bring you your daily dose of Joy? Joy is current on vaccinations, HW negative, spayed, and micro chipped. If you are interested in joy, please fill out an adoption application at (Less)

Bear is a loyal dog which belonged to my son but stayed behind when he joined the military. We have just moved to Nebraska and was not aware that Bear would struggle so much with the different elevations here as well as climbing stairs in our new home. I am no longer able to care for Bear and would love to see him be rescued and placed in a new home.
