Rescue Me ID: 17-06-09-00105Sheba (female)
Sheba is a four year old female german shepherd, purebred. She has passed her AKC Canine Good Citizenship, had temperament testing, and passed with flying colors. She gets along with cats, kids, and adults. She is the only dog, but would be fine with other dogs. She is territorial, and with the neighborhood dogs running lose, she occasionally crosses her wireless fence. This is causing problems with the neighbors, and I am going to move. Until I move, I feel my neighbors will continue to harass me due to Sheba's breed, and not let up. I would rather have her be fostered, rather than adopted. She is a medium-small. At her highest weight she is 75 lbs. She has excellent potential for nose-work and Search and Rescue. I look forward to hearing back from anyone with suggestions. Thank you (Less)

Rescue Me ID: 17-06-01-00256Copper (female)
Copper is loving and playful, she has a lot of energy! Copper has never shown any aggression with people, but I can't trust her with our other pets and we think it best if she is the only pet in a house without small children. Copper needs an experienced dog owner who can really invest their time with her. She does not do well on a leash, and her new home will need to have a fenced yard. She eats and sleeps in her kennel with no complaints. She isn't afraid of storms and she loves the snow and riding in the car. She has a strong prey drive and loves to chase any thing that will run, this means a home with cats would not be a good choice.

Rescue Me ID: 16-05-29-00135Milly (female)
All the way from California!! NO, Pet Pals did not bring this dog from another state when so many are being killed locally. One of our supporters fell in love with two five year old dogs while he was in California visiting a shelter. Nike and Milly got along great for four or five months and then decided they wanted to be an only dog and a fight ensued. If someone has experience being a pack leader and has a larger mellow dog, they could be placed with one of their own kind, but would prefer to be an only furkid. Both Nike and Milly have a high prey drive so no kitties or small dogs. Nike and Milly would make an excellent running partner! Both are very smart and would enjoy obedience classes. Please fill out an application. (Less)

German Shepherd Dogs can make good pets in Wyoming if they match your IifestyIe. The German Shepherd is a large, highly intelligent working dog. German Shepherds are very protective, but not hostile; they make great guard dogs and wonderful companions. German Shepherds should be well socialized early in life. German Shepherds that are properly trained and socialized are good with children and other pets. This breed can adapt to apartment life with sufficient exercise.
